Happy New Year 2010

The New Year is a time of hope, let the negativity of the previous year fade and be replaced by renewal and optimism.

If you have had much to do with us at Relationships Plus I'm sure you are quite aware of what needs working on and what personal hurdles you need to clear.

But for the New Year let us focus on the greatness and light that is within us all. We all have internal personal resources much greater than any money can buy. When the chips are down the human spirit can reach incredible heights. In a crisis men and women bring forth what is desperately needed even though they did not know they possessed it seconds previously.

These resources are in us all, don't wait for an emergency to show them to the world, live from them every day. This gives hope to those around us.

We all need hope.

These all seem very important, but how important are they really?

And what do they really mean?

I know personally some of the best times I have had have been during times of great financial hardship. It is possible to be truly happy without any of the external trimmings society decrees are essential to wellbeing.

You have inner resources that mean you don't have to live in fear of society, scarcity, suppression, attack or criticism.

This year live from the place in your heart that knows no fear, only love for your fellow man.
